• Cypress also collaborated with HelloHire, an AI-powered recruiting platform. They reworked their hiring approach by adding a 10-minute virtual interview to start the recruiting process.

• They overhauled their recruiting process into a 4-phase process:

  • Begin with a phone interview,

  • Follow with an in-person interview,

  • Candidate then completes a 3 to 4 hour orientation, and

  • Candidate then meets with the company's scheduler.

• Learn about the candidate's experience, likes, dislikes, available days, available hours, and geographic preferences. This information is imported into AxisCare, a non-medical home care software platform.

• Partnered with Homecare Pro, a credentialing and licensing compliance platform.

• Cypress holds virtual check-in twice a week, typically for 45 minutes. Caregivers talk about their current cases.

• Cypress prioritized monthly team bonding events including painting, axe throwing, Topgolf, and happy hours.
