Follow with an in-person interview,
Candidate then completes a 3 to 4 hour orientation, and
Candidate then meets with the company's scheduler.
Learn about the candidate's experience, likes, dislikes, available days, available hours, and geographic preferences. This information is imported into AxisCare, a non-medical home care software platform.
Partnered with Homecare Pro, a credentialing and licensing compliance platform.
Cypress holds virtual check-in twice a week, typically for 45 minutes. Caregivers talk about their current cases.
Cypress prioritized monthly team bonding events including painting, axe throwing, Topgolf, and happy hours.
