Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties has a new way to attract prospective clients: Reality TV. Berkshire Hathway aired its pilot episode on YouTube. You can see it below:
The show's host, Bryan Devore, said the goal is to show seniors and their families options as well as resources that are available to help them. "A big part of this is preparation. So many of my clients haven't discussed these things, then they're forced to make decisons and scramble when a crisis occurs," Devore said. "There are a lot of factors to consider when thinking about downsizing, selling a treasured family home or moving to a senior community. The show aims to present the information in a fun, approachable format."
