Comfort Keepers has launched Comfort360, a nationwide ecosystem of connected care services designed to help seniors remain safe, independent, connected, and supported at home. The program combines professional caregiving with technology-enabled and non-technology tools to meet changing care needs and give families greater peace of mind. Key components of the Comfort360 program includes -
Wellness Hub: A TV-based platform, developed with HomeSight, that supports video calls, reminders, messaging, photo sharing, engagement, and care coordination.
SafeGuard: A privacy-preserving in-home safety solution, powered by Pontosense, using non-wearable sensors to monitor movement patterns and identify potential fall-risk or mobility changes.
Alert: A medical alert solution offered with VRI and Guardian Medical Monitoring that connects clients to live support through wearable, in-home, and mobile devices.
Comfort360 positions Comfort Keepers as expanding beyond traditional caregiving into a more connected, proactive home-care model focused on safety, wellbeing, communication, and aging in place.
