In this CCHI Research report, we examine SC's senior care beds demand verses it supply. We examined estimated bed demand for seniors 70 and older. The data shows supply-demand dynamics for the cities differs significantly than for the counties. Certain segments are ripe for investment while others may be saturated. Review our findings.
